Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PersonaPost, which is owned and operated by Midlife Refinery LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PersonaPost is a content creation tool that uses your Human Design (birth data) to generate personalized content ideas, hooks, posts, and emails. We provide this as a software service, offered through recurring subscription plans and, in some cases, through one-time-purchase plans such as PersonaPost Radar Lifetime (see Section 4.3). PersonaPost may also offer optional features that generate images and that publish or schedule content to third-party social networks on your behalf, as described in Sections 20 and 23.

3. User Accounts

To use PersonaPost, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, including any birth information used to personalize your experience. PersonaPost relies on the information you provide, and we are not responsible for inaccurate outputs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information submitted by you.

4. Plans, Subscriptions & Billing

Most PersonaPost plans are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Fees, refunds, and billing disputes for subscription plans are governed by this section. One-time-purchase plans acquired through a third-party marketplace are additionally governed by Section 4.3.

4.1 Founder Pricing

Founder Pricing is a limited-time promotional offer available only to eligible customers during the Founder Offer period. Founder Pricing is limited to the first 100 eligible Founder members, after which the offer closes and standard pricing applies to new subscribers.

Eligible Founder members lock in their Founder pricing for as long as they maintain a continuous paid subscription in good standing. "Continuous subscription" means the subscription remains active without cancellation or termination. If a Founder subscription is canceled, expires, is terminated, or lapses due to failed payment, Founder Pricing is permanently forfeited. Customers who later re-subscribe will pay the pricing available at that time and are not entitled to regain Founder Pricing.

Founder Pricing is non-transferable and applies only to the original qualifying account. PersonaPost reserves the right to verify Founder eligibility and to revoke Founder Pricing in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.

4.2 Refunds

PersonaPost offers a 7-day free trial so you can evaluate the Service before being charged. You may cancel at any time during the free trial to avoid being charged. It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue.

Once a monthly or annual subscription payment has been processed, subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, early cancellation, or deciding not to use the Service after a billing period has begun.

You are responsible for managing your subscription through your PersonaPost account subscription settings. You may cancel your subscription at any time through those settings. Cancellation requests sent by email, contact forms, social media messages, or any other communication method are not considered completed cancellations and do not stop future billing.

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals but does not generate a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You are responsible for ensuring your subscription is canceled before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

That said, we may issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional cases, such as duplicate charges, billing errors, technical issues that prevent you from accessing the Service, or where required by applicable law.

4.3 PersonaPost Radar Lifetime

PersonaPost Radar Lifetime is a one-time-purchase plan offered through AppSumo Radar. It is redeemed inside PersonaPost using a Radar code and, once redeemed, provides lifetime access to the Radar Lifetime plan and the functionality included in that plan, subject to these Terms and the usage limits described below. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the Radar Lifetime plan and of the Service as described in Section 15; it does not mean unlimited usage, and it does not automatically include every future PersonaPost product, plan, tier, feature, integration, API, AI model, or separately priced offering.

What the Radar Lifetime plan currently includes

• 1 user (a single individual account, not a team or shared login).
• 1 business or brand.
• 1 Content Blueprint.
• Signature-level product functionality.
• 150 generation credits per UTC calendar month.

Studio-level functionality — including team seats, multiple users, and multiple businesses or brands — is not included in the Radar Lifetime plan. Where PersonaPost offers direct publishing or scheduling to social networks, availability, connection limits, and any credit costs are as shown in the product for your plan. There is currently no automated upgrade path from Radar Lifetime to Studio; if you need functionality outside the included plan, you may contact us at support@personapost.com to discuss available options.

Generation credits

• Most AI content-generation actions consume generation credits.
• Some actions that produce multiple generations at once consume more than one credit. Where an action costs more than one credit, the cost is displayed in the app before you confirm it.
• Monthly generation credits reset at the start of each UTC calendar month.
• Unused monthly generation credits do not roll over to the following month.
• Generations that fail and do not return usable output may be automatically restored to your balance by our credit system.
• Content Blueprint generation and customer-support or in-app help interactions are currently outside the standard monthly generation-credit allowance.

Credit costs for individual actions reflect the current design of the Service and may be adjusted over time as features and underlying AI technology change. Any such adjustment will preserve the specific benefits promised to existing Radar Lifetime purchasers, including the included plan level and the monthly generation-credit allowance stated at the time of purchase, except where a change is required by applicable law or by the marketplace terms under which the plan was sold.

If your monthly credits are used up

Using all of your monthly generation credits does not close your account, cancel your subscription-free entitlement, or end your Radar Lifetime access. Metered AI generation actions may be unavailable until your credits reset at the start of the next UTC calendar month. Included non-generation functionality — such as your Content Blueprint, Business Context, Library, saved content, Planned Content, Settings, and help — remains accessible.

Codes, redemption, and account use

• A Radar code is intended for redemption by the purchaser on the purchaser’s own PersonaPost account.
• Each code can be redeemed once. After successful redemption, a code cannot be reused or redeemed again.
• Except where applicable law or the marketplace’s terms provide otherwise, Radar codes and Radar Lifetime accounts may not be resold, transferred, shared between multiple people, or used to circumvent the plan’s stated limits.
• Fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive redemption — for example, redeeming a code you did not lawfully obtain — may result in suspension of the account or revocation of the Radar Lifetime entitlement.

Requesting a refund through AppSumo in accordance with AppSumo’s applicable terms is not fraud and is not a breach of these Terms.

AppSumo purchases, refunds, and revocation

Radar Lifetime purchases are made through AppSumo, and the purchase, payment, and refund terms that apply to that transaction are AppSumo’s, not ours. We do not set or control AppSumo’s refund window or refund process. If AppSumo refunds, cancels, or invalidates a Radar purchase or code, or notifies us that a code is no longer valid, we may revoke the corresponding Radar Lifetime entitlement. Where a refund removes lifetime access, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve your account and saved content so that you can export it or continue on another plan, subject to Sections 6 and 15 and our data-retention practices.

Future features and plan changes

Radar Lifetime entitles you to continued access to the Radar Lifetime plan, including ordinary improvements, fixes, and feature updates we make to that plan. It does not automatically entitle you to separate products we may release, new higher-priced tiers, paid add-ons, third-party services that carry their own fees, premium AI models or APIs offered at additional cost, or features we clearly sell separately. Where the marketplace terms under which Radar Lifetime was sold require that existing purchasers receive future plan updates or equivalent-plan treatment, those requirements govern and nothing in this section is intended to limit them.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, save, or publish using PersonaPost. We do not claim ownership of your content. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and reproduce your content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PersonaPost to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Fair Use Policy

PersonaPost is designed for normal business use by individual creators and teams.

Some plans include unlimited content generation. "Unlimited" means we do not impose a fixed numerical limit on your use, provided your usage remains consistent with reasonable, human-driven use of the service. Other plans, including PersonaPost Radar Lifetime, include a stated number of monthly generation credits rather than unlimited generation; for those plans, the credit terms in Section 4.3 apply in addition to this fair use policy.

To protect the reliability and availability of PersonaPost for all customers, we reserve the right to investigate and take action against abusive or excessive usage.

Examples of prohibited or excessive use include, but are not limited to:

• Automated, scripted, or programmatic content generation.
• Using bots or other automated systems to continuously generate content.
• Attempting to overload, stress, or disrupt the service.
• Using PersonaPost primarily to generate raw content for resale as a standalone writing or AI generation service.
• Any activity that violates these Terms or applicable law.

If we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that an account is engaging in abusive or excessive usage, we may:

• Contact you to discuss your usage.
• Temporarily limit access to content generation features.
• Suspend or terminate your account if necessary to protect the service and other customers.

Whenever reasonably possible, we will attempt to communicate with you before taking restrictive action.

8. AI-Generated Content

PersonaPost uses artificial intelligence to assist in creating personalized content.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and verifying any content generated by PersonaPost before publishing, sharing, or distributing it.

While we strive to provide helpful, high-quality output, PersonaPost does not guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, lawful, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. You assume all responsibility for how you use, modify, and publish content generated through the service.

9. AI Technology

PersonaPost may use one or more third-party artificial intelligence models or providers to deliver its services.

We reserve the right to change, replace, update, or improve the AI models, providers, or underlying technologies used by PersonaPost at any time, provided that the overall functionality of the service remains substantially similar.

Such changes do not constitute a material change to these Terms and do not entitle users to refunds or cancellation solely because an underlying AI provider or model has changed.

10. No Professional Advice

PersonaPost provides AI-powered content generation tools for informational and marketing purposes only. Content generated by PersonaPost should not be considered legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, employment, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and determining whether generated content is appropriate for your intended use and complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

11. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, databases, algorithms, functionality, designs, audio, video, text, photographs, graphics, trademarks, logos, and content provided by or within PersonaPost (excluding your own generated user content) are owned or controlled by us, or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying technology, algorithms, prompts, or functionality of the Service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Midlife Refinery LLC (which owns and operates PersonaPost), its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of or relating to:

• your use of PersonaPost;
• any content you create, publish, distribute, or modify using PersonaPost;
• your violation of these Terms;
• your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or
• your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

PersonaPost is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your specific needs.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Midlife Refinery LLC, its owners, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (resale or otherwise); or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the total amount paid by you to us for the service during the twelve (12) month period preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

15. Termination & Service Availability

We may suspend or terminate your access to PersonaPost at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or use the Service in a manner that threatens the security, integrity, or operation of the Service. Upon termination, your right to access and use PersonaPost immediately ends. Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred before termination.

We intend to operate PersonaPost as an ongoing service, but no software service can promise to operate indefinitely. If we ever discontinue PersonaPost in whole or in part, we will give affected customers reasonable advance notice and a reasonable opportunity to export their content. Lifetime plans, including PersonaPost Radar Lifetime, provide access for the operational lifetime of the Service and of that plan. Nothing in this section is intended to avoid our commitments to lifetime-plan purchasers, and we will not discontinue a lifetime plan simply to end those commitments.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nebraska, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

17. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, labor disputes, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party service providers.

18. Survival

The provisions relating to Intellectual Property, User Content licenses, Indemnification, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination, shall survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.

19. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms in the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

20. AI Image Generation

PersonaPost may allow you to generate AI-created images to use alongside your content. AI image generation is an assistive tool, not a finished-artwork service.

• AI-generated images may contain errors, artifacts, inaccuracies, distortions, unintended text, or other unexpected elements.
• You are responsible for reviewing every generated image before using, publishing, or distributing it.
• We do not guarantee that a generated image will be suitable for any particular purpose, platform, campaign, audience, or jurisdiction.
• Generated images may carry AI provenance, watermarking, or labeling applied by AI model providers, or may be labeled as AI-generated by social platforms. We do not control those mechanisms.
• We do not guarantee that any third-party platform will accept, display, or distribute AI-generated images in any particular way.

We make no representation about the ownership, copyright status, copyrightability, or exclusivity of AI-generated images, and nothing in these Terms should be read as such a promise. You remain responsible for determining whether your use of any generated output is lawful and appropriate for your intended use, including compliance with applicable laws, advertising rules, and platform policies.

21. Images and Media You Upload

You may upload images and other media to use with your content. You must have the necessary rights, licenses, or permission for anything you upload, including photographs, logos, trademarks, artwork, product images, and images of people.

You must not upload material that infringes or violates another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, likeness, or other rights, or that is unlawful, harmful, or prohibited by these Terms.

We may remove, restrict, or disable access to uploaded or generated media where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to a valid rights complaint, meet third-party platform rules, address a security concern, or enforce these Terms.

22. Generation Credits and Metered AI Features

The credit terms in Section 4.3 continue to apply to PersonaPost Radar Lifetime, including its 150 generation credits per UTC calendar month. In addition, the following applies to metered AI features generally:

• Certain AI-powered features, including image generation and image editing, may consume generation credits.
• Where an action consumes more than one credit, the credit cost is shown in the product before you confirm the action, where applicable.
• Regenerating an image, or requesting an additional image edit, may count as a separate generation action and consume credits again.
• Requests that fail and do not return usable output may be restored to your balance in accordance with how our credit system operates.
• Where these Terms state that monthly credits do not roll over, unused credits continue not to roll over.
• We may set or adjust the credit cost of new or modified AI features where reasonably necessary to reflect third-party provider costs or product changes. The current cost is the cost shown in the product, and adjustments remain subject to the protections stated in Section 4.3 for existing Radar Lifetime purchasers.

23. Direct Social Publishing and Scheduling

PersonaPost may offer features that publish content directly to third-party social networks, or schedule content to be published at a future date and time. These features are optional and only operate on accounts you choose to connect.

• By connecting a social account, you authorize PersonaPost and the service providers we use to connect to that account and to publish or schedule content on your behalf.
• You are responsible for selecting the correct account, content, media, date and time, timezone, and publishing destination.
• You should review your content before publishing or scheduling it.
• To provide these features, we may transmit your text, images, media, scheduling details, and related data to third-party services for the purpose of publishing or scheduling.
• Connected accounts remain subject to the terms, policies, content rules, restrictions, and technical requirements of the applicable social platform, and you remain responsible for complying with them.

24. Third-Party Platform Dependencies

Social publishing and scheduling depend on third-party services and platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta platforms (including Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, X, Threads, Bluesky, and other supported networks, as well as the connectivity providers we use to reach them.

We do not control, and are not responsible for:

• platform outages or degraded service;
• API availability, deprecation, or changes;
• platform approval, review decisions, or revocation of access;
• account restrictions, suspensions, or eligibility requirements;
• rate limits or posting quotas;
• content moderation decisions;
• algorithmic reach or distribution; or
• changes to third-party APIs, terms, or policies.

As a result, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted publishing, or that support for any particular platform will remain available indefinitely. If a platform becomes unavailable to us, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the change.

25. Publishing Accuracy and Delivery

We use commercially reasonable efforts to publish and schedule your content accurately and on time. Because publishing relies on third-party networks and APIs, occasional issues outside our control can occur, including delays, failed or rejected posts, posts that require you to reconnect or re-authenticate an account, and — in rare circumstances — duplicate attempts or other unexpected publishing behavior.

We recommend verifying important scheduled or published content on the destination platform. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from a third-party platform’s failure to accept, deliver, or display content.

26. Account Connections and Revocation

• You may disconnect a connected social account at any time from within the Service.
• Social platforms or the connectivity providers we use may revoke, expire, or invalidate an authorization at any time, including for reasons outside our control.
• You may be required to reconnect an account periodically or after a password, permission, or platform change.
• We may disable or suspend a connection that appears invalid, expired, compromised, abusive, or unsafe, or where required by a platform or applicable law.

Disconnecting an account stops future publishing through that connection. It does not remove content that has already been published to the platform.

27. Usage Monitoring, Rate Limits, and Abuse Protection

To keep PersonaPost reliable, secure, and affordable for everyone, we may monitor usage patterns for security, fraud prevention, abuse, bot or automated activity, excessive automated traffic, and unusually high usage.

Where reasonably necessary, we may:

• apply rate limits, fair-use limits, or temporary restrictions;
• apply emergency caps to protect the Service or control third-party provider costs; or
• suspend or restrict an account or workspace that creates unreasonable load, excessive provider costs, automated abuse, security risk, or violations of these Terms.

These protections may apply even where a plan is described as generous or effectively unlimited. Normal, good-faith use by an ordinary customer is not affected, and whenever reasonably possible we will contact you before taking restrictive action.

28. No Performance Guarantee

PersonaPost is a content and workflow tool. We do not guarantee any particular results from using the Service, including engagement, impressions, reach, follower growth, leads, sales, revenue, conversions, or performance on any social platform. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, your execution, and third-party platform behavior.
