Essential Cookies
These cookies are necessary for PersonaPost to function. They are used for login, authentication, account security, session management, subscription access, checkout, fraud prevention, and remembering basic preferences.

Analytics Cookies

Marketing & Referral Cookies
We may use referral or marketing cookies and similar technologies to understand whether visitors came from affiliate partners or promotional campaigns and to measure advertising performance. This includes the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
This category also covers server-side conversion measurement. When you consent and complete a subscription purchase, PersonaPost may send Meta a conversion event directly from our servers. It may contain an email address and internal account identifier hashed using SHA-256 before transmission, the purchase amount and currency, the subscription plan and billing interval, an invoice-based event identifier, and — where legally and technically appropriate — the IP address and browser user agent associated with checkout. This information is used for advertising attribution, conversion measurement, campaign optimization, matching, and preventing duplicate conversion counts.
With the same consent, a conversion event may also be sent when a free trial starts, including the Meta click and browser identifiers (_fbc and _fbp) when available. Separately, campaign details from the link you arrived on (UTM parameters and the fbclid click identifier) are kept in your browser session and, if you start checkout, stored with your checkout and subscription records for attribution and conversion measurement.
We do not send Meta payment-card information, passwords, birth information, Human Design information, content generated in PersonaPost, or payment-provider credentials.
The Meta Pixel and other browser-based marketing technologies load only with Marketing & Referral consent, everywhere. Server-side conversion events for trial starts and purchases follow your location at checkout: in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, and any region we have not specifically classified, they are sent only with your consent. In the United States, they may be sent unless you have declined Marketing & Referral tracking in Cookie Preferences or your browser sent a Global Privacy Control signal at checkout. After you withdraw consent, browser-based marketing events stop, although scripts already loaded may remain in your browser until the page is reloaded. Server-side reporting relies on the choice recorded when you checked out. Withdrawal cannot undo information transmitted before withdrawal.
3. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party service providers to help us operate PersonaPost, including providers of payment processing, authentication, cloud infrastructure, email delivery, affiliate management, analytics, advertising and conversion measurement, and artificial intelligence services. These providers process personal information only as necessary to provide their services to us and are contractually obligated to protect that information.
4. Your Choices
When you first visit PersonaPost, you can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or use Manage preferences to choose which categories (Analytics, Marketing & Referral) you allow. Essential cookies are always on because they are required for the Service to function.
